This started as something personal, but I did not realize that sooner. While Next Keyboard Club was my creation – it directed itself, I was just a passenger.
We’re rebranding because I’m embracing this realization and taking the reigns.
When we began, the goal was simple, make these split keyboards available to more people. Not a brand, not a company. Just a store making keyboards that made work a little more interesting. That early version was called Next Keyboard Club, and for a long time, that name made sense. It was small, it was scrappy.
But, there was no vision, there was no long game, ultimately, it lacked soul.
We changed our name to Posture, we developed a new brand to support this intent. What started with keyboards is now expanding into products and content for people who care about how they work, who care about life after work.
The name Posture made sense to us. It speaks to the obvious, like your physical posture while working, but more importantly, it reflects how you work, show up, carry yourself, and relate to your work and the people around you.
Posture is here to change your relationship with work.

P.S. The expanded name: Posture Atelier, now carries my initials, like how NKC carried my wife’s.
