Supermini NRF52840 BLE Wireless Microcontroller Kit

This is an NRF52840 in a Pro Micro compatible footprint, with additional pins made available for a battery.

This is practically a cheaper clone of the veritable Nice!Nanos v2, but it does come at a cost. Battery consumption is slightly higher, USB mass storage mode has slower transfer speeds. Build quality is quite budget-y compared to premium boards.

However, as a daily driver this will do the job. If you are like us and have 3-4 pairs of wireless keyboards in rotation, this is a good option.

If you only want the best, please choose the Nice!Nanos.

⚠️ DO NOT ORDER WITH RGB LIGHTING

The 110mAh battery we offer cannot supply the power requirements of RGB lighting of keyboards, unless you intend to replace the battery with a larger one.

Important Notes

Please consider the below as a factor of your purchase.

1. These will come pre-flashed with firmware, but you will need to roll your own to customize it, there is no stable GUI to customize the keymap at the moment
2. This uses ZMK and we cannot provide in-depth support at the moment, you can get help and support from the ZMK Discord or from our Discord server (link in the footer)
3. We provide these controllers as-is from the manufacturer where they are tested prior to shipping, we will open the anti-static packaging from factory only when ordered with assembly
4. With the 110mAh battery, this sits taller than wired MCUs, your OLEDs will not reach the socket any more, if you want to keep OLEDs part of your build, you can order a new pair with pins intended to work for nice!nano builds
